Crispy Chicken with Parmesan


1 large egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
800 grams of chicken wings
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup larger pieces of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese


Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking tray, set aside. Mix eggs, oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Dip the chicken wings in the egg mixture and leave for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and parmesan cheese. Add the egg-coated chicken to the breadcrumbs mixture. Place on the baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes. Rotate and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
