Lahmajun Recipe

For the dough:

1 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
3 cups flour
For internal mortar:
250 grams of ground beef
1 large onion (grated)
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
2 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
3 pointed peppers
Half a bunch of parsley
1 teaspoon of red ground pepper
Black pepper (Dimensions are for 8 pieces of lahmacun.)


For the dough; Put all the ingredients except flour in a bowl and mix. Then knead well by adding flour little by little. Cover it and let it rest for about 1 hour. For the above; Add all the ingredients you chop in a bowl and blend well with the spices and mince. Knead the dough you fermented at the end of the time, divide it into meringues and roll out with flour. Place the dough you have opened in the pan you have preheated and put it on the inside of the mortar and spread. Cover and cook for 5 minutes in a controlled manner, preventing the burning of the gold.
